The Edmonton
International Airport is located approximately 30 kilometres
(19 miles) from downtown Edmonton, northwest of the city of Leduc,
a kilometre west of the Queen Elizabeth Highway. The most direct
way to get to the airport is to follow Calgary Trail (104 Street)
south out of the city and follow the direction signs for the airport.

Twenty airlines fly from Edmonton directly to destinations all over Canada and the United States. There are separate check-in areas for U.S. destinations, as well as a dedicated U.S. Customs area for pre-clearance.
